“ Came here with my husband whenever we have craving for crossing bridge noodles. This is our favorite place plus they are open late!!!! Used to be 24/7. Service is decent, during slow times, staff is in the back of the room watching the dining room from afar, so you have to flag them over if you need something. During busy times, they are more attentive and present but still afar giving you privacy/space. They had changed/updated the menu a few times with new additions and such... but their crossing bridge noodles remain the same. Select the broth you want & if you want additional toppings. You can even pick the type of noodle you want if you don't want the standard rice noodles. We had tried about 90% of their appetizers and our favorite will always be the garlic tofu. That garlic sauce is great! We did notice in recent times now, they no longer provide the pork slices ontop of the lettuce. Maybe it's in the soup now because some people are concerned about raw meat? It does cook quickly in the hot boiling soup pot. We tried checking our soup and first didn't see any and the next visit saw some. Very confusing. Other than that. We always enjoy our visit here. We love the noodle soup! ”
“ Had a noodle hot pot with curry coconut filled with fish fillet, enoki mushroom, and beef slices. Side dishes are shredded cucumber in garlic sauce and fried dough sticks. Noodles are firm and smooth. Like the soup flavour. Everything taste great. The service allows refill of noodle if want a second. They allow service dogs if show license. Environment is organized and nice. ”
“ Super yummy. I came here for a work visit and had no idea what I was going to eat. I was just walking around in hopes of finding a spot and I'm glad I stumbled upon this place. The food was just as great as the service and he also reheated nicely. Super packed spot but I can tell it would be great with friends and/or family ”
“ Unlimited noodles ! Love the decor and the small dishes in the all day breakfast menu. Surprisingly the cucumbers were delicious and well marinated. The noodle soup was delicious with the option of unlimited noodles. Would definitely come back again as the portions are huge and food is good. Service was quick. Parking is always a headache in 8th ave but definitely worth visiting. The beef stew noodle soup and pickled pork were our favorite. Tomato broth is a bit light. ”
“ Affordable noodle soup restaurant that is open all night long! Was craving noodle soup in the midst of Heat wave and saw that YunShang was open until 6 AM! Their shaved potatoes and cucumbers were good appetizers to have with the noodle soups. ”
“ I've had this before in Chinatown, and I think I preferred it there maybe because of the specific soup I ordered, but I got the mushroom one instead of the pickled one I usually get and it was pretty good. I felt like it was missing something, but all the little ingredients were still fun to put in. I prefer variety, so I love the food tray. I definitely prefer this restaurant's decor and vibes more than the other as it's more open and fancier. Service is probably faster as well. ”
“ This place opens til late (AM hours)! Perfect for super cold nights or after drinking nights when you need a hot bowl of noodle soup! Portion size is pretty big (probably 2 ppl can share). We didnt know better and each ordered a bowl of noodle soup. It comes with assorted condiments and you can also add more for $. We got the spicy crossing bridge soup and tomato crossing bridge soup. Both were so flavorful but i love the spice ! I added fish in mine ! While eating we noticed other people shared a noodle and ordered skewers and other appetizers such as sliced beef and ox tongue, definitely will come back to try appetizers! Service was good. They really dont bother you unless you wave them over. Big and spacious with lots of tables. ”
“ New rice noodles place in the heart of Brooklyn Chinatown! Love the authentic taste of sauerkraut with fish. The broth is tangy but very tasty. It is piping hot so be careful not to burn your mouth! Service is very fast.. decor is very unique and modern looking. Clean place for a Chinatown restaurant. ”
